Founder & Managing Director
Norman Penarrieta is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of hospital-based experience spanning hospital medicine, emergency medicine, and critical care. His career has provided firsthand insight into the interconnected clinical, operational, and workforce dynamics that sustain effective hospital care—from multidisciplinary collaboration and continuity of care to workforce management, clinical operations, workflow, and organizational performance. He founded Northeast Provider Network with a clear mission: to build a healthcare workforce organization that approaches every partnership with a comprehensive understanding of the clinicians, teams, operations and organizations it serves.
